Pole Fitness Classes
Each class begins with a brief aerobic warm up moving on to a 5 minute muscular, strength and endurance section.
In this section we aim to build the core muscles needed for Pole Fitness. Following this M.S.E. section your
instructor will explain and demonstrate a pole move. All participants will be given time to practice and perfect
each move whilst the instructor moves around the class speaking to individuals, instructing and demonstrating
until the class is ready for the next move.
Our Broadstairs venue, The Fitness Studio (below), currently holds 5 poles. Our Sandwich Venue, Sandwich Leisure Centre, currently holds 3 poles. Both venues have a maximum of 3 participants per pole in a
session. The Pole Fitness poles are floor to ceiling poles and allow for all holds and spins to be performed safely and securely.
